This page explains, in plain language, what Ayrah collects, why we collect it, and the boundaries we keep around your data.
Last updated: May 2025.
Messages you send to Ayrah and the responses you receive. These are stored against a per-browser session identifier so your chats persist across visits.
Mood entries, gratitude notes, weekly reflections, and goal progress — all created intentionally by you. These power the dashboards and gentle weekly summaries.
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security, abuse prevention, and basic performance monitoring. Retained for a short window, then aggregated or deleted.
We don't ask for your real name, location, religion, or any identifying detail to use Ayrah. You decide what to share inside a conversation.
To generate responses, Ayrah uses third-party AI APIs (currently OpenAI). Messages sent to them are governed by their respective privacy policies. No conversation content is shared with advertising networks or analytics brokers.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@ayrah.ai. We respond within 14 days.
Ayrah is a wellbeing companion, not a licensed medical or mental-health service. If you're experiencing a crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified counsellor. Our safety system flags such moments and gently surfaces appropriate resources — but human care comes first, always.
Ayrah is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date above will change. For substantive changes, we'll surface a notice inside the app before they take effect.
Questions, concerns, or feedback on privacy? Email privacy@ayrah.ai. We take it seriously.
